Residents, we're happy to share that we will be soon doing a much needed refresh to the roads in the community. They mostly haven't been serviced in years, and parts of the road were crumbling and failing. You likely already noticed many patches to the worst parts of the roads. Next we will be re-sealing the roads so the full surface is more durable and looks fresh.

While this is a great improvement to our community, it will cause some temporary inconveniences. We can't drive or park on the roads for 24 hours after they are sealed. To minimize the disruption, we'll do this in 3 phases across 3 days so that you can park your cars elsewhere in the community while other parts are drying and inaccessible. Below is a map and dates of the scheduled service; this is pending good weather, and it's possible there will be slippages in schedule. We'll keep this site updated if that happens.

Day 1 - Blue Area - Thursday, August 1st
Day 2 - Yellow Area - Monday August 5th
Day 3 - Red Area - Friday August 9th
